Kusu is the Angel attendant and martial arts teacher of Rumsshi, the God of Destruction of Universe 10 in Dragon Ball Super. Like all Angels, she possesses immense power and knowledge that far exceeds mortal comprehension. Her childlike appearance and demeanor contrast with her ancient wisdom and combat abilities that surpass even the gods she serves.

Despite her youthful looks, Kusu is one of the thirteen Angels serving the multiverse and maintains the same neutral stance as her siblings during cosmic conflicts. She guided Universe 10 during the Tournament of Power, though her universe was ultimately erased. Her small stature, twin-tailed hairstyle, and perpetually cheerful expression make her one of the more visually distinctive Angels. Like Whis and Vados, she carries the signature Angel staff and possesses abilities that remain largely mysterious to the mortal fighters of Dragon Ball.
