Android 21 is a brilliant scientist and the main antagonist of Dragon Ball FighterZ. Originally a human researcher and the mother of Android 16's human template, she was transformed into a bio-android with cells from numerous fighters including Majin Buu. This gives her the ability to absorb others and transform into increasingly powerful forms with pink skin and a long tail.

Her character is split between a good side that wishes to suppress her hunger and an evil side consumed by her insatiable appetite for powerful fighters. The good Android 21 works with the Z Fighters to stop her evil half, creating one of the most unique storylines in Dragon Ball games. Her intelligent demeanor, glasses-wearing scientist appearance, and tragic backstory have made her extremely popular among fans, leading to her inclusion in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
